Position Summary
At Garland Oaks, a vital ministry under Street Hope TN, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for young, female residents aged 12-17. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Assistant to join our team. As a Resident Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting residents with daily living tasks, offering personal care, and providing essential support.

As a Resident Assistant, you will work closely with our team of direct care staff to establish and maintain structure and consistency within our community.
Moreover, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development and execution of our custom independent living program, wellness initiatives, and other innovative programs. Through these programs, you will help empower our residents on their unique journey towards healing and independence.

Please Note: This position has shifts available on Weekday evenings (2pm-10pm) or on Weekends (8am-2pm or 2pm-10pm).
