- High school diploma

- Responsible for a variety of HR & Recruitment related activities that will give you an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, including.
- Assist with recruitment, including attracting and sourcing candidates, screening, interviews and working with Hiring Managers on candidate suitability
- Work collaboratively with team members from various departments on a variety of ad hoc requests
- Utilize our Human Resources information system (HCM) and maintain data integrity i.e. employee lifecycle changes
- Lead and complete special projects
- Perform any tasks associated with administering HR programs and initiatives including coordination of recognition, celebrations, employee events and community giving
- HR continuous improvement i.e. standard work and digital initiatives
- Coordinate interview scheduling
- Coordinate and attend job fairs and other recruitment events, as required
