Pay: $21.53 - $30.66
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED FOR HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR:
- Administers employee benefit programs such as enrolling new employees, explaining benefit options, and open enrollment as they relate to all company benefits (medical, 401k, FSA, supplemental benefits, etc.)
- Assist with all 401k requests
- Distribute communication materials
- Extensive contact with employees in relation to their benefits
- Assist employees in the utilization of their benefits including all leaves
- Serve as the on-site leave administrator for to local employees
- communicate with Corporate benefits personnel on LOA requests, tracking benefit payments, covering FMLA, CFRA, ADA paperwork with individual employees, etc.
- Assist with recruitment and maintain applicant tracking system as needed
- Process drug screens and background checks as needed
- Update bulletin boards, compliance postings, and employee materials as needed
- Process any payroll information as needed
- Send out announcements and replenish office supplies
- Maintain the utmost confidentiality in dealing with employee records
- Ensures human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures
- Back up other human resource staff as needed
- Any other duties as requested by management.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR: High school diploma with some college courses preferred; one to three years Human Resources experience and Bi-lingual a plus; must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; excellent communication skills both verbal and written; ability to handle confidential information; ability to present to a large group and/or to management. Must be able to establish trusting and cooperative relationships due to the confidential nature of information.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
Heavy Work: Lifting up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
