Job Description
High ticket manufacturing company needing assistance in Human Resource department with onboarding process. Would be a temporary position for roughly 3 months.
Duties:
- Gather information needed to start background check and drug test.
- Schedule drug tests for applicants.
- Obtain certifications or licenses to keep on file.
- Use MS Excel to track employees onboarding status.
- Assist HR Managers with any tasks assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have 3 years experience as an administrative assistant.
- HR experience a plus.
- Good communications skills.
- Able to multitask
- Proficient with MS Office.
Monday-Friday; day hours
Compensation depending on experience.
If offered position would require both background check and drug test.
