Human Resources Administrative Support

High ticket manufacturing company needing assistance in Human Resource department with onboarding process. Would be a temporary position for roughly 3 months.

Duties:

• Gather information needed to start background check and drug test.
• Schedule drug tests for applicants.
• Obtain certifications or licenses to keep on file.
• Use MS Excel to track employees onboarding status.
• Assist HR Managers with any tasks assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have 3 years experience as an administrative assistant.
• HR experience a plus.
• Good communications skills.
• Able to multitask
• Proficient with MS Office.

Monday-Friday; day hours

Compensation depending on experience.

If offered position would require both background check and drug test.
