Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes.
Essentials Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and training schedules.
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs and addressing employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Support HR managers with employee relations activities, such as disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Handle general HR inquiries from employees and managers in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR processes align with company goals and objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws is a plus.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
· Must be able to pass drug testing and criminal background check.
