Responsibilities:
Job Duties:
- Assist in inbound requests from internal team members.
- Maintain the Human Resources information system (HRIS) including input of data; processing new hires, terminations, and personnel data into the system
- Assists and maintains digital and electric personnel files
- Process HR Related Invoices
- Prepares employee separation notices and other related documentation
- Participates in operational meetings on regular basis
- Provides administrative support to HR Director as needed
- Manages special projects and assignments from start to finish, as assigned by management

Qualifications:Essential Functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: concise, articulate, and confident
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality while handing personnel information
- Self-motivated and the ability to work independently
- Experience working with a Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
What you need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- College degree or higher preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to pass a drug screen
