As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to engage our HR efforts.
As the HR manager you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR function within Trails. This role involves a variety of tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, performance and training management, benefits administration, and other HR activities. This position offers the right person an opportunity to make an impact on our overall organizational success.

HR Policies and Compliance
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred. Candidates must have a working knowledge of local, state, and federal HR laws and regulations, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills as well as hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS systems.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $30.00 - $40.00/hour.
