The Grounds Specialist is responsible for assisting and performing a variety of grounds maintenance duties. Maintains a beautiful, clean, and safe grounds environment for residents, personnel, and visitors.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for weeding, planting, pruning and watering as well as the general maintenance and appearance of the grounds.
- Trim, pick flowers and clean flower beds.
- Clearing litter away from the garden and grounds.
- This position prefers an individual that has previous experience in maintenance positions.
