- Responsible for processing payroll biweekly;

- Knowledge of state and federal laws;

- Report non-compliance regarding payroll and/or HR issues to the Director of Human Resources;
- Recruitment- as needed;
- On-boarding, orientation, and employment verification of new employees;
- Knowledgeable of laws, regulations and guidelines governing personnel administration;
- Knowledge of local labor market conditions;
- Knowledge of current wages/salaries;
- Knowledge of the requirements of each position;
- Ability to work independently, problem solves and makes decisions as necessary;
- Possess the ability to positively interact with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public;
