We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources Management with a particular focus on recruitment, employee relations, training, and development, and with knowledge of compliance in employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the legal compliance of our HR practices and policies. Your responsibilities will include:
Legal Compliance:
* Collaborating with legal counsel to ensure HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
* Conducting regular audits to assess and mitigate legal risks associated with HR activities.
*Stay informed about changes in employment laws and ensure organizational compliance.
Employee Relations:
* Managing and resolving employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and implementing effective solutions.
*Developing and implementing strategies to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with our rules and regulations provided in our employee handbook.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
* Responsible for the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
* Providing guidance to HR staff on legal considerations throughout the recruitment process.
* Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
* Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends. Performance Management:
*Develop and implement performance management systems.
*Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
* Assist in creating and implementing performance improvement plans. Training and Development:
* Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee understanding of HR laws, policies, and procedures.
* Keeping the HR team informed about updates and changes in employment laws and regulations.
Time and Attendance Management
* Implement and oversee time and attendance tracking systems.
* Ensure accurate recording of employees' work hours, including overtime and leave.
* Address and resolve discrepancies in time records.
* Administer employee leave policies, including vacation, sick leave, and other time-off requests.
* Monitor and track employees' use of leave benefits. Documentation and Recordkeeping:
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
*Drafting and reviewing employment-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and policies.

Requirements:* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related ?eld.
* 4+ years experience in Human Resources with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.
* Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and procedures.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
* Paralegal certification or experience is highly desired
