Job Title: Experienced HR Professional in Healthcare

Yellow Bus ABA is seeking an experienced HR professional in the healthcare field to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources within our healthcare facility, including recruitment, retention, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, compliance with regulatory requirements, and policy development and implementation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective HR strategies that support the overall goals of the organization

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management and employee relations issues

Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Develop and implement policies and procedures that support a positive and inclusive workplace culture, including diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and healthcare

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management, business administration, or related field

5+ years of experience in Human Resources management within the healthcare industry

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Human Resources management in healthcare

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare leaders and staff

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to continuous improvement
