We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic Human Resources Generalist II.
In this key role, you'll have broad responsibility for Parker HVAC's largest manufacturing in Jeffersonville, IN. We have approximately 400 team members and $180M in annual sales. You will have many opportunities to demonstrate leadership by making a positive impact with your business partners and team members. High level of organization skills, engagement and communication are necessary to build relationships across multiple teams with the goal of further positioning HR as a strategic business partner.

Role & Responsibilities:

  Business partner supporting operations management by providing innovative solutions using a results-based approach.

  Support various HR programs across the site, projects include employee engagement, delivering training, providing coaching and supporting high performance teams.

  Develop trusting relationships with team members while addressing issues and concerns, answering questions about compensation and benefits, conducting investigations and owning reporting and analytics.

  Support change and innovative HR services and processes; present change agent ideas on how the function can do better more efficiently.
Qualifications:

  4 or more years of progressive HR experience.

  Experience supporting a manufacturing environment is required.

  Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred. 

  Ability to work a staggered shift in order to provide coverage to night shift (potential work hours 11:00 am - 8:00 pm).

  BA in HR Management or related field required, advanced degree preferred.

  Local candidates, relocation is not being offered.

  Ability to manage multiple, often conflicting, priorities and still deliver results on time.

  Customer service focus; excellent employee relations, problem solving and conflict resolution experience.

  Familiarity with managing workers compensation cases.

  Personal integrity; exceptional communications skills; ability to build strong relationships.
