Responsibilities
·Support 600+ employees in various HR-related disciplines.
·Coach and interact with various positions throughout the organization.
·Develop and implement action plans to build strong team-oriented and positive employee relations.
·Lead HR meetings with the managers and HR team.
Qualifications
·Bachelors degree or above in Human Resource Management or Business-related field required.
·3+ years of HR experience required.
·Must understand HR in a large-scale operation/company.
·Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
·HR experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
·Strong knowledge of employee relations and resolve conflicts objectively.
·Flexible to support 24-hour operation with regular and reliable presence across shifts.
·Effective listening, relations building, and collaboration skills.
·Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Pay
$80K – 100K Per Year
Schedule
Monday – Friday | roughly 7:00am - 4:30pm every other Friday off
Must be flexible with schedule to provide support to all 3 shifts
