As a Human Resource Generalist, your main responsibility will be to support our HR operations efficiently and effectively. You will be a key player in ensuring that our HR practices enhance our mission to provide top-quality early education.

• Developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's mission and goals
• Manage payroll and assist school directors with scheduling
• Onboard new staff and oversee the entire recruitment process
• Conduct interviews and play a significant role in hiring decisions
• Handle HR-related issues with professionalism and in compliance with legal standards
• Collaborate in developing HR strategies that align with our mission
• Support DEI initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture

Day-by-day you will be:

• Administer payroll and update employee records
• Coordinate with various departments for scheduling and staffing needs
• Guide the onboarding process for new hires
• Conduct interviews and facilitate the recruitment process
• Address and resolve HR-related queries and issues
• Participate in the creation and implementation of HR policies
