Position Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist will support daily functions of the HR department including maintaining personnel records, ensuring compliance with Company policies and processes, employment laws, new hire onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and full-cycle recruitment.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Act as resource for business partners on general HR-related questions and providing direction on processes. Guide and escalate resolution to the appropriate channels.
Execute Human Resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, employee recognition, safety, training and development.
Assist in administering various company programs including, but not limited to, education reimbursement, relocation, wellness screenings, ethics certification, employee/management communications, events coordination, generating and monitoring reports.
Develop successful client relationships and business partnerships.
Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments, including safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licenses, certifications, etc.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, HR systems, and employment laws.
Act as liaison for employees to payroll department and address pay-related issues.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions and posting of outreach notification and collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Manage onboarding program to ensure a positive employee experience.
Help drive engagement including championing engagement survey, action planning, and shares best practices.
