Human Resource Director

The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resources (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission, strategic plan, and talent strategy. They are also responsible for ensuring employee safety and overseeing the insurance risk program.
The Human Resource Director delivers strategic outcomes to grow the capacity of the organization and ensures employees are valued. Oversees organizational Human Resource functions, including labor relations, cultural development, benefits, EEO compliance, diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. They also ensure workplace safety through coordination with the Chief Safety officer, insurance, and department managers.
