Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including OSHA guidelines
- Coordinate employee benefits programs and assist employees with any related inquiries or issues
- Data entry and maintenance of employee information in HR databases
- Handle employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
- Handle performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing support for performance improvement plans
- Record weekly timesheets, Process Bi-weekly payroll
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an HR role or related administrative position is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and experience with data entry is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Conflict management skills to handle employee relations issues
