Job Summary:
Human Capital Institute seeks a fully remote Human Capital Research Analyst to expand its growing content capabilities. This role will involve collecting, synthesizing, and presenting data on various HR practices and trends, as well as providing actionable insights to help our clients leverage their investments in their people.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to understand and embrace the complexity of Human Capital practices and trends and seek to identify future trends that substantially impact how individuals, teams and organizations can add value through their people practices.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify their most pressing issues and produce research that informs on complex Human Capital issues and trends
- Conduct primary research as well as lead extensive secondary literature searches and data analysis to elicit the highest quality insights for use in white papers, webinars, social media posts and presentations.
- Contribute to actionable content, products and tools that will help drive client solutions and corporate performance
- Construct quantitative models, surveys, and analysis plans to test hypotheses when necessary
- Build an industry presence as an influential thinker, writer, and speaker, influencing relevant media outlets and industry organizations

The Individual:
- Experience converting qualitative and quantitative information into clear frameworks, narratives and visually compelling presentations
- Experience reporting and writing for business decision makers in a consulting or editorial capacity
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
- Strong commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality
- Proven experience in Human Capital Research, data analysis, or a related role
- Strong proficiency in data visualization as well as data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SPSS, or similar software
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years Research Analyst experience
