Responsibilities Responsibilities may include: * This role includes working as part of a team to conduct one or more projects in strategy, business or organizational assessment, workforce assessment and human capital management, process improvement, change management and communications, or program support. * The primary focus of the work is planning and supporting projects that move federal government clients forward to achieve their mission priorities. * Project work can include organizational transformation efforts that range from strategic planning to tactical implementation and a variety of product development (such as briefings, reports, plans and road maps, dashboards and other quantitative results displays, multimedia products, and others). * Developing and implementing strategies and plans, developing project deliverables, conducting analysis, and responding to client requests. * Developing and implementing project approaches and study plans. Collecting a variety of qualitative and quantitative information, analyzing it using appropriate methods and frameworks, and communicating results in concise and compelling ways to decision makers Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor''s degree in a related discipline preferred * 4+ years of work experience in human capital consulting * Broad experience of HR processes and procedures * Highly organized, structured, and motivated by delivering exceptional work * Ability to work independently and with a team, comfortable with change and ambiguity * Ability to develop a variety of written and presentation-based work products and deliverables * Analytical problem solving, project planning, and research techniques * Strong executive level communication skills: ability to influence and drive decision-making * Experience with Excel & PowerPoint * Passionate about the consulting space and seeking to further develop consulting skills DESIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: * Masters Degree or higher * Facilitation expertise * Experience with Human-Centered Design * Federal consulting experience
