Work closely with Recruiting, Finance, Payroll and IS in support of applicant tracking and onboarding, system wide timekeeping, system wide chart maintenance, team member transactions, and oversight of all HRIS department inbox inquiries. In addition to data entry, position management and some system configuration, this role will support all annual HRIS processes, including merit, performance evals, software patches and updates. Timekeeping subject matter expert, responsible for proactive timekeeping analysis, testing, and end user support for the Kronos IT team. Adept in PeopleSoft query and iCIMS reporting, and will oversee annual reporting inventory and cleanup, as well as create, publish, and maintain all HRIS quick reference guides.
