Job Summary
Primary responsibility is the support and maintenance of the ERP (Orcle Fusion) as well as additional software supported by the ERP (Oracle Fusion) including upgrades, software patches, testing, and various assigned special projects. This position works directly with internal customers from assigned functional areas to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This position will plan, design, and execute routine and ad hoc reporting and auditing for Federal/State agencies, HR, and internal Departments. Reports will be developed, tested, and maintained using Oracle OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), MS Excel, and coordinating with the ERP IT Team.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; OR four (4) years related work experience.
OR an equivalent combination of education and experience to equal four (4) years.
Strong conceptual, analytical, and quantitative skills required.
Critical thinking and ability to work independently.
Experience with Excel.
Experience in Oracle Fusion and Oracle OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) preferred.
Ability to learn software applications with minimal instruction.
Must be a self-starter with strong communications skills and capable of independently addressing problems and responding to data analysis and reporting requirements.
Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
