HRIS CoordinatorKapco Grafton, WI

Kapco is seeking a HRIS Coordinator to join our Human Services Team. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day support and maintenance of all HRIS components, including but not limited to: data management, reporting, compliance, analysis, training, process improvement and acting as a super user in all HR systems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and optimal function of our HRIS software, ensuring system is optimized for employee experience and aligns with business needs
  • Maintain employee data in HRIS and ensure data is accurate
  • Create and maintain end user training documentation, job aids and toolkits as needed
  • Perform regular audits of electronic employee personal files and records to ensure all required documents are collected and stored appropriately
  • Perform group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and research/reports on any data discrepancies
  • Maintain HRIS employee homepage (intranet) and ensure homepage is up to date and accurate
  • Monitor Document Acknowledgement (assigned to employees) to follow up on incomplete, unsigned or unacknowledged documents
  • Monitor Performance Management and follow up on incomplete, unsigned or unacknowledged performance reviews
  • Act as the primary administrator for the LMS (UKG Pro Learning)
  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks within the LMS
  • Monitor scheduling and tracking completion of all training requirements and following up on incomplete or late training
  • Assist with the creation of regular and ad hoc employee-related reports
  • Provide support, including researching and troubleshooting HRIS problems and recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
  • Participate in HRIS projects and initiatives, including system upgrades, data migrations, and integrations with other systems
  • Ensure all administrators become proficient with utilizing the HRIS capabilities to improve efficiency (recruiting, onboarding, performance, learning, etc.)
  • Focus on continuous improvement of HR processes

Skills & Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years of HRIS Admin experience
  • Experience with UKG, preferred
  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field, preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
