Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- End user device management
- End user customer support
- Manage devices and users in Mosyle and Okta
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Understanding of Operating systems, basic networking and general cloud based operationsInstall and configure software and hardware
- Manage network servers, Network troubleshooting and technology tools
- Account management, Active Directory, set up accounts and workstations with password reset responsibilities
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages in a prompt manner to minimize downtime
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
REQUIRED:
- Mac OS/Apple Device Power User or iOS mobile device management
- Familiarity/experience with managing users in SSO environment
- Ability to troubleshoot issues using various resources (KB, internet search)
- Willingness and ability to document process and procedures
- Excellent customer service soft skills
DESIRED:
- Experience with Government contracts
- Experience with large scale deployments (500+ devices)
- Experience with administration of Google Workspace, Entra (Active Directory), GCP, AWS, including setting group permissions and roles
- Experience with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)
- Experience in a ZTA environment
