We are currently seeking a full-time HRIS Analytics Specialist.
Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. is a team of mental health professionals that specialize in psychiatric evaluations, clinical social work, and family therapy. Founded in 1991, we offer an intensive outpatient chemical dependency program, psychological testing, and behavioral health and medication management services.

Take a crucial role in managing business processes by leveraging HRIS technology, overseeing adjustments, and ensuring efficient functions. Be a guide and support system for managers and operations leaders on the company's HRIS.
Position outline:

• HRIS Technology Optimization:
• • Identify approaches to leverage HRIS technology for creating efficient and effective business processes.
  • Actively pursue innovative initiatives and improvements to current processes.
• HRIS Management:
• • Maintain, build upon, and develop an HRIS that supports the organization's strategy.
  • Oversee adjustment to processes within the HRIS such as reporting functions, payroll, benefits, employee self-service, management data and dashboards, etc.
• Process Improvement and System Enhancement:
• • Deliver process improvements, system enhancements, and new applications to support business strategies within the HRIS system.
• Collaboration and Reporting:
• • Collaborate with stakeholders to create/maintain company-wide reporting and dashboards.
• Training and Support:
• • Provide guidance and support to managers and operations leaders on the company HRIS system.
  • Serve as a key functional point-of-contact for HRIS system vendor(s).

Qualifications:

1. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
2. Experience working with HRIS systems such as UKG, Kronos, Ultimate, Workday, Peoplesoft, or ADP.
3. Strong critical thinking skills and a natural knack at investigating and solving problems.
4. Strong collaboration skills.
5. Intermediate to advance skills in excel and Microsoft office suite strongly preferred.
6. HR generalist or specialist experience (payroll or benefits specialist experience a plus!)
7. Integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
8. Advanced Excel skills
9. Project management experience is preferred

Pay Range:
Starting at $60,000 annually
Hours:
General day time hours, hybrid position working 2-3 days in office per week
