Position outline:
- HRIS Technology Optimization:
- Identify approaches to leverage HRIS technology for creating efficient and effective business processes.
- Actively pursue innovative initiatives and improvements to current processes.
- HRIS Management:
- Maintain, build upon, and develop an HRIS that supports the organization's strategy.
- Oversee adjustment to processes within the HRIS such as reporting functions, payroll, benefits, employee self-service, management data and dashboards, etc.
- Process Improvement and System Enhancement:
- Deliver process improvements, system enhancements, and new applications to support business strategies within the HRIS system.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create/maintain company-wide reporting and dashboards.
- Training and Support:
- Provide guidance and support to managers and operations leaders on the company HRIS system.
- Serve as a key functional point-of-contact for HRIS system vendor(s).
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience working with HRIS systems such as UKG, Kronos, Ultimate, Workday, Peoplesoft, or ADP.
- Strong critical thinking skills and a natural knack at investigating and solving problems.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Intermediate to advance skills in excel and Microsoft office suite strongly preferred.
- HR generalist or specialist experience (payroll or benefits specialist experience a plus!)
- Integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Project management experience is preferred
