Position Overview
Showcase the “Dial Experience” to all team members, residents, families, and guests that values and respects the uniqueness of each individual. This position will work with community leadership to ensure that Dial Senior Living’s Mission, Vision, and Values are represented.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Team Member Experience
- Provide exceptional customer service while training and encouraging team members to work with residents using Dial Senior Living Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Welcome new team members to the community and coordinate their ADP onboarding and hiring process.
- Coordinate New Team Member Orientation (NTMO) for new team members.
- Serve as new team member liaison during their first year of employment.
- Lead and manage DSL’s 5 Star program and Dial University.
- Coordinate community iHappiness committee and work with the committee to provide regular appreciation events including company-wide and nationally celebrated recognition weeks and events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Resident Experience
- Welcome new residents to the community while coordinating their orientation and move-in process.
- Serve as a new resident liaison during the first year of resident’s occupancy.
- Counsel and assist current residents and families with the move to a higher level of care within the community.
Education and Experience Required
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2 to 5 years of experience in hospitality, coordinating events, or related field
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Promote teamwork in providing services to residents.
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of or willingness and ability to learn the computer programs used in this community
- Ability to work extended and weekend hours on occasion and when necessary to support the management of community
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Willingness to learn and help others
- Enjoyment in working with older adults
