Job Description
Job Duties:
- Responsible for all aspects of payroll processing
- Enters data to create Requisitions and then maintains data for required reporting and effective Req management.
- Assists with the interview process. Tracks status of candidates in SuccessFactors.
- Supports the hiring process with the communication of offers, sending of offer letters and onboarding of new hires.
- Conducts new hire orientation.
- Processes onboarding paperwork.
- Provides excellent customer service support by interacting with employees and responding to employee requests and inquiries.
- Assists with recruitment and selection processes, including attendance at job fairs and engagement at area colleges/tech schools.
- Coordinate all efforts of pre-employment testing where applicable
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested .
- Makes daily updates to the employee dashboard.
- Assist with employee benefits administration; i.e. STD/FMLA, Open Enrollment
