Job Description
The HR Systems & Analytics Manager is a vital member of the HR team leading the development and implementation of HR Systems and Analytics strategy. The HR Systems & Analytics Manager will build upon the current use of Infor, UKG, and other HR applications by understanding company and team objectives to develop a roadmap that builds out the features needed for effective and efficient people processes. The person in this role will lead the HR Systems team to execute on the strategy and roadmap while setting up their stakeholders for success. The ideal candidate loves to design processes, is flexible and adaptable to change, moves quickly, and can demonstrate strong communication skills to deliver messages across a range of stakeholders.
This role reports to the Head of Total Rewards and HRIS and is a HYBRID role. The candidate would need to be able to work out of the Spartanburg, SC corporate office as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
Experience
- 10+ years of experience focused on HRIS
- Strong experience building and managing HRIS project roadmaps
- Excellent understanding of Infor, UKG, and/or other HR systems
- Experience effectively managing teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask or re-prioritize as needed in a fast-paced environment
