Analytics
- Prepare and analyse HR data and create country-specific presentations and evaluations
- Advise and support regarding standard systems and HR reports
- Prepare compensation dashboards and analyse salary data
Compensation & Benefits
- Check and reconcile the application and complying with the compensation & benefits guidelines in the BA
- Prepare job evaluations according to guidelines (Hay Grading)
- Support salary review and variable compensation processes for executives at BA level
Projects & Processes
- Participate in BU /Corporate/Business Area HR projects, and work on own projects
- Inform and support locations throughout EMEA on relevant HR innovations, projects and changed content, ensure adherence to processes and policies
- Cooperate and support in the day-to-day operations of BA HR team
- Optimise and train HR processes in the BA
Salary range: 2400 - 3600 EUR Gross
Degree in business administration or equivalent, ideally with focus on HR
Strong affinity to facts and figures
Data analysis skills
Intercultural experience by working in and with international teams
Fluent in business English
