Position Description: The Human Resources (HR) Manager will be involved with recruitment, onboarding, training, personnel development, employee relations, employment law(s), compliance requirements, disciplinary actions, and grievance issues among other responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a high level of organization and responsibility with previous HR experience.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Overseeing the HR related functions for our team of 130+ employees across 6 locations
• Analyzing current HR initiatives and finding areas for improvement
• Conducting performance reviews
• Meeting with management to discuss and strategize solutions
• Conducting interviews and completing the onboarding process for any new employees
• Updating training documents, employee handbook, and job descriptions as needed
• Participating in disciplinary actions and conflict resolution situations
• Maintaining employee files
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

· 2+ years experience in Human Resources or related position

· Outstanding interpersonal communication skills

· Strong organizational and critical thinking capabilities

· Ability to make difficult decisions in the best interest of the company

· Associates Degree or equivalent

· Proficiency in MS Office applications

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

· Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or similar discipline

· 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources, leadership role preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
