Tenaya Lodge is a 4-diamond resort located just outside the south entrance to Yosemite National Park. Surrounded by beautiful trees and granite mountains, Tenaya Lodge is the perfect environment for outdoor enthusiasts with great hiking trails, waterfalls, rivers, and creeks to explore in and around Yosemite. - Maintain up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation, auditing records as needed
- Assist with the DMV Pull Notice program and support site safety initiatives by being an active member of the Safety Committee and COVID Response Team
- Act as the first point of contact for human resource inquires and collect information and statements related to workplace injuries, employee concerns, and other issues
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for team members, and support recognition programs
- Administer mileage reimbursement, housing fees, wage garnishments and other deductions, and distribute paychecks
- High school degree or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have a valid California driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior office experience preferred
