The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking aSite Coordinator (Experienced or Lead) in El Segundo, CA supporting Space Mission Systems (SMS).
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior.
Position Responsibilities:

• Partner with executive leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives
• Assemble an organization cultural team and lead our cultural initiatives
• Develop and maintain staffing strategy, employee on-boarding plan, and development pipeline
• Grow organizational website to support web-based initiatives
• Develop organizational operating rhythm to support all development programs and internal business needs
• Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
• Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
• Develops executive level briefings
• Leads the design, logistics, and facilitation of large meetings/events
• Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations
• Drive execution of critical projects and communicate status to key stakeholders
• Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
• 3+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior Leadership, and external customers
• Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in a role that required excellent verbal and written skills with ability to communicate task progress and challenges within team and with technical leadership, both internal and external

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• The ability to act with discretion and have excellent judgment
• The ability to think creatively and outside the box to solve unique and challenging problems
• Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Level 4: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:

Summary pay range for level 3: Min: 79,050 - Max: 106,950
Summary pay range for level 4: Min: 100,300 - Max: 135,700
