Form of workTEKsystems is now hiring Patient Intake Representatives to work for a healthcare company in MA in the Greenfield area.
We are in need of people for Part time work who have excellent Customer Service, maybe you have previous medical experience in a doctor’s office, medical reception work, etc. You will be greeting patients in the waiting room and helping them get checked in. The Patient Intake Representatives will be the face of the company and are the point of contact for our client's patient base.
Pay: $20.82 an Hr
Job Responsibilities:
• Schedule patient appointments and greet patients upon appointment arrival
• Ensure a welcoming environment for all patients and visitors
• Assist patients with registration and check in procedures
• Data entry of patient demographics and billing information
• Verification of insurance coverage and collect/post payments to patient accounts
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a Customer Service/medical position required
• Experience in the healthcare field is preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Excellent Customer Service and strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Proficient computer and typing skills
Hours/Days: Part Time
Monday- Friday) 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
