Designs, implements and monitors a variety of human resource programs " Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management " Responsibilities are within the Human Resources Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the human resources department.
- Inputs HR-related data and compiles standard reports for management review.
- Assists in the creation and maintenance of human resources forms or documents.
- Answers basic employee questions about human resources policies or offerings.
- Schedules interviews, orientations, or training sessions.
- Processes employee status changes or benefits enrollments; maintains records of completed transactions.
- Performs manual tasks according to established procedures
- Completes work with a limited degree of supervision
- Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
- Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions
- Requires full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience to perform a range of tasks
- Likely to act as an informal resource for colleague with less experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- A ssociate's Degree Preferred
- 4-6 years of experience
- Or combination of Education and Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
