Responsibilities
As HR Representative, you will respond to employee needs, act as a point of contact for timely and accurate resolution for queries and/or emails and communicates back to the requestor. Extends support to the other HR team members in HR projects, benefits, and HRIS maintenance. Additionally, will guide employees through the appropriate off boarding process for all voluntary resignations including exit interviews and proper exit paperwork
- Handle sensitive employee information in a confidential manner.
- Processes Personnel changes including, promotions, reclassifications, leaves, separations, and retirements; reviews for accuracy, verifies appropriate supporting documentation is provided; reviews conformance to current policies, and obtains required signatures/approvals; update employee status changes in ADP WFN
- Prepare termination packets for involuntary and voluntary exits and file accordingly
- Conduct exit interviews where appropriate
- Oversee ADP administration of performance reviews
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR team
- Cross train and provide back up support to HR Representative – TA and Onboarding
- Cross train and provide back up support to Benefits Manager
- Respond to 1st level employee questions promoting the accuracy and integrity of employee records and data, while simultaneously advocating for self-service adoption as appropriate
- Generate various HR and Adhoc reports as needed
- Screens, sorts and distributes incoming correspondence and forms
- Supports gather required documents for record requests
- Schedules appointments, meeting rooms and meetings and sends confirmations to participants, as directed
- Ensure all compliance associated with the company’s practices are followed.
- Possess knowledge of all HR processes and procedures.
- Must be able to work independently but refer any escalated issues to the Supervisor
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- Prior experience working in a Human Resource role or department is a plus
- Experience working with confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially Excel
- Experience in ADP Workforce Now highly desired
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in human resources or a related field highly desired
- 8 hour shift and the ability to work more than standard 40 hours workweek on as needed basis

Compensation
- The estimated hourly earning range for this position is $25.00 to $35.00.
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual compensation offer will consider a wide range of factors to include location, experience, and performance/productivity.
