Customer Service Representative/Receptionist - $20/Hr

Primo Driving Schools, one of the highest rated driving schools in Los Angeles, is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our growing team!

This role is available as a part-time position or a full time Thursday-Monday position.

Weekends are required for this role.

This is a great part time role for a UCLA student - walk to work!

In-Office Responsibilities:

• Opening the office at scheduled times

• Handling and managing incoming calls , emails and mail communications

• Greeting and assisting “walk-in” customers

• Answering customer questions

• Assisting clients to enroll in the DSS system.

• Assisting clients to schedule lessons in the DSS

• Preparing certificates and mailing as necessary

• Maintaining and following up on the “WaitList” Cancellations

• Communicating with customer leads.

• Using GoTo Meeting software

• Maintaining clear communication between Customer Service personnel

• Communicating with driving instructors as needed.

• Communicating with Management/Owners for guidance when needed

• Helping maintain, organize and clean office areas

• Maintaining Office Supply Inventory

• Assist in the organization of office events.

• Closing and Securing Office at the end of the day

• Assisting Primo Driving Management as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
