Primo Driving Schools, one of the highest rated driving schools in Los Angeles, is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our growing team!

This role is available as a part-time position or a full time Thursday-Monday position.
Weekends are required for this role.
This is a great part time role for a UCLA student - walk to work!
In-Office Responsibilities:
- Opening the office at scheduled times
- Handling and managing incoming calls , emails and mail communications
- Greeting and assisting “walk-in” customers
- Answering customer questions
- Assisting clients to enroll in the DSS system.
- Assisting clients to schedule lessons in the DSS
- Preparing certificates and mailing as necessary
- Maintaining and following up on the “WaitList” Cancellations
- Communicating with customer leads.
- Using GoTo Meeting software
- Maintaining clear communication between Customer Service personnel
- Communicating with driving instructors as needed.
- Communicating with Management/Owners for guidance when needed
- Helping maintain, organize and clean office areas
- Maintaining Office Supply Inventory
- Assist in the organization of office events.
- Closing and Securing Office at the end of the day
- Assisting Primo Driving Management as needed.
