Description
HR Recruitment Coordinator
Georgia Collaborative for Unaccompanied Children (GCUC)
The Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator will act as mediator between Inspiritus and potential employees for the Georgia Collaborative for Unaccompanied Children (GCUC). The Recruiter Coordinator will review candidate applications, resumes, and conduct initial interviews. The Recruitment Coordinator will also assist in making process, administration, recruitment, and hiring suggestions to the GCUC hiring manager and hiring team in alignment with talent strategy. He/she may also travel to job fairs, post positions, and engage in HR best practice to recruit potential candidates for Inspiritus.
Position Details:

- Provides HR recruiting and coordination services to support GCUC talent strategy.
- Reports to the Senior Director of Human Resources
- Located in Atlanta, GA
- Mostly Virtual/Remote with some on-site required, Travel (0 25%)
- Monday through Friday; 8:30AM 5:00PM
- Annual compensation is $80,000 USD/annum.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, implements, and enforces comprehensive talent recruiting strategy.
- Consults with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives.
- Writes job descriptions and posts them to Inspiritus website and online to social media recruiting platforms, career websites and recruitment boards as necessary and according to all applicable agency, state, and federal employment laws.
- Evaluates and screens resumes and cover letters of potential employees.
- Conduct interviews, maintain interview and hiring record, conduct onboarding
- Contacts new employees, maintains complete records, and prepares onboarding sessions and remains current with recruiting methods.
- Attend job fairs and careers events.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field and 3 years of equivalent HR experience.
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or Recruiter
- Must have knowledge of HR recruitment best practices and applicable employment rules and regulations maintained by the department of labor.
- Excellent computer skills, accurate typing, and knowledge of HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have the ability to communicate well and coordinate multiple units and team managers in a professional and culturally appropriate manner.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while completing challenging work.
- Full COVID-19 vaccination and booster is required.

- This position requires primary residence within the state of Georgia.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to talk and hear. Required to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools and controls: and reach with hands and arms. Required to operate personal vehicle.
Employees frequently lift and or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
