In an effort to make to make our Human Resources Team as effective and efficient as possible and deliver you the highest level of support possible, we are seeking a Recruiter/HR Administrative Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wishing to be a part of a support team and grow and develop with the company.
The responsibilities of the position will include:
Assisting with Recruitment- sourcing applicants, pre-screening, scheduling interviews, taking direction from HR Team on current needs and filling those needs.
Assisting with New Hire paperwork and on-boarding processes.
Clerical and data entry. Filing, tracking data and information, updating tracking systems, etc.
Assisting with scheduling training attendees.
Any other administrative needs as determined.
Qualifications of Candidate:
Recruitment and/or HR Background a plus- but not required.
Strong verbal and phone skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Urgency.
Desire to part of a team but can work independently as well.
Strong computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Outlook. Internet searching, Social Media.
Dependable.
Strong desire to learn.
