Responsibilities: As an HR Recruiter at Signal Security, you will play a vital role in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talented individuals to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Job Advertisement: Create and post compelling job ads on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.

• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and alignment with Signal's values.

• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidate and hiring manager, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork, and ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.

• Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with the Administration Coordinator and other team members to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs and goals.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in HR recruitment or related field preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Must be able to pass drug screening.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Must have a valid Driver License.

• Must be vaccinated for COVID-19.

• Must be able to work in person.
