HR Recruiter/ and Office Assistant
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!
Looking for a Recruiter for reentry and to help fill general positions, from entry to management level. Our Recruiters are valuable partners to our business, executing recruiting strategies in support of our goal to attract reentry friendly second chance clients and employer relationships to assist the talent of individuals to be matched with a created network of employers 3 days a week and 2 days a week supporting the efforts of the business admin and CEO. Confidentiality and networking skills are essential along with advertising ads, and relationship building with program participants and employers state-wide with a focus on second chance employers.
Must conduct resume-building and job readiness sessions with great interpersonal skills but not too salesy. Focusing on helping individuals reintegrate into the workforce after periods of absence, addressing unique challenges they may face. Non-reentry must recruit typically for various roles without a specific focus. Office administrator administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in an office setting.
Must demonstrate success in a short period of time - start on the ground running.
Full-time position of 37.5 hours per week, offering schedule flexibility for events and activities, allowing adjustments with advanced notice.
Compensation ranges from $18 to $23 per hour. with proof of salary and experience.
