Responsibilities: - Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews - Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools such as Kronos, Workday, and Taleo to manage candidate information and track progress - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies - Support the development and implementation of training programs for new hires - Assist with employee relations activities, including conducting exit interviews and addressing employee concerns - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS systems - Coordinate employee orientation sessions and ensure new hires have a smooth onboarding experience Skills: - Strong proficiency in using Kronos, Workday, Taleo, Salesforce, or other similar HR software systems - Knowledge of contract and temporary staffing processes - Experience in training development and delivery - Familiarity with employee relations practices and procedures - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Pay: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
