Job Description
The HR Lead plays a critical role in managing the human resources functions of the organization, including, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This position requires a person dedicated to organization and exceptional interpersonal skills to develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction. This position will report directly to our People Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Management: Implement performance review processes to evaluate employee performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop talent.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee issues and concerns. Promote a positive work environment and culture.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits plans to ensure they are competitive and aligned with the company’s budget and objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Ensure all HR policies and objectives are being met.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and report on HR performance to senior management. Tracking benefits programs, accruals and required certifications.
- Managing Sales CRM by tracking and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Must be fluent in English, bilingual is a plus
Working Conditions:
The HR Lead typically works in an office environment but may be required to travel to different company sites. This position may require working beyond traditional office hours to address urgent issues or meet project deadlines.
