2nd OR 3rd Skilled Machine Operator (Mechanically inclined) $19 DIRECT HIRE
Do you have a valid Driver’s License? This is a MUST to be considered
Are you willing to come to Greenville to complete paperwork, drug test, & background check? We currently only have an office in Greenville but the plant is in Anderson.
Are you able to work 2nd or 3rd shift long term? We are not actively hiring for 1st shift for this location currently.
Do you enjoy working alone and maintaining your own machines at a fast pace to make the day go by fast?

We are looking for that hits 1 - 5:
1. Someone who is more than just a machine operator that simply presses buttons, we are seeking someone with a track record of having diverse responsibilities in manufacturing that require strong job management & decision-making skills
2. Someone who can work at a fast pace but still have attention to detail and strong eye for quality
3. Someone that has good longevity with past employers and at least 5 years of manufacturing experience
4. Someone Mechanically Inclined that loves problem solving (loves to work on cars, is a handyman or woman around the house, sews as a hobby, or has done equipment repair work etc.
5. Doesn't mind loud/noise environment.
If you are seeking a full time/DIRECT HIRE opportunity. We have 8hr shifts available for 2nd and 3rd shift.
· 2nd shift schedule Monday - Friday 3 or 4pm to 11pm or 12am (8hr shifts). Weekend help as needed.
· 3rd shift is the same but going in at 11pm or 12am and getting off 8 hours later. Weekend help as needed.

Responsibilities
· Perform basic problem-solving skills throughout your shift
· Setup and operate the creel machine to company standards
· Review and interpret machine efficiency data throughout your shift
· Complete quality paperwork
