WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Assist in developing and maintaining HR reporting and analytics dashboards using HRIS and other data visualization tools.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for strategic decision-making within the HR department.
- Support the administration and configuration of HRIS systems, including data entry, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements or process improvements.
- Assist in the creation and documentation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide support for HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training materials and resources for HR systems and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HR operations, reporting, and data analytics.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and database management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR operations, reporting, or system administration is a plus.
YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This internship primarily involves office-based work, with occasional remote work opportunities.
- Interns may be required to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic HR environment.
- While performing the duties of this internship, the intern is required to frequently sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle objects or controls.
- Interns must have the ability to utilize computer equipment and peripherals, including keyboards, monitors, and telephones.
- Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds may be required for tasks such as moving equipment or supplies.
- The intern may occasionally need to position themselves to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
