Job Overview:
The bilingual Onboarding Coordinator/Receptionist will be primarily responsible for the onboarding process for all of our new hires supporting the Heavy Civil group. This individual will also assist with office management support and receptionist responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Complete pre-access requirements for new hires (send for drug and alcohol testing, safety training, etc.).
- Assist new hires with onboarding documents (sign on packages, benefit enrollment, etc.).
- Coordinate new hire arrival to respective job sites.
- Post available craft job opportunities via UKG.
- Screen craft applicants and send to hiring managers.
- Other general HR assistance for the division.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with confidential information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources preferred but not required
