The HR Manager, Performance Management will be responsible for developing, implementing, and facilitating Performance Management strategies and programs that align with the company's objectives and help the Company achieve its goals. He/she will develop and conduct a performance evaluation cycle and manage associated platforms/systems and vendors. This position will be dedicated to ensuring the Company's strategic goals and objectives are met through effective performance of individuals, teams, and divisions.
Job Description:
- Work in liaison with key stakeholders to establish and support the link between strategic business objectives and people's day-to-day actions and tasks by implementing a process for tracking progression from goal setting, mid-year reviews, 360 feedback, and annual evaluations to support individual, team, and organizational performance
- Design, develop, and facilitate Performance Management strategies and programs to enable employees and managers to understand the goals of the Company and to identify how their outputs contribute to the achievement of the company's objectives
- Collect and analyze performance data for talent management initiatives to address performance gaps and knowledge/skill gaps
- Help managers effectively set goals, evaluate and measure individual and team performance, and create career paths and development
- Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts
(KSA) knowledge/experience, skills, ability & attitude:
- 5 years+ of Performance Management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
- Current knowledge of effective Performance Management practices and HRIS tools
- Proficient with MS Office suites including excel, word, and PowerPoint

The anticipated compensation range is
69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
