LAT Apparel is a national supplier of high-quality blank imprintable garments for men, women, teens, kids, babies, and even dogs. With the company headquarters and warehouse in Georgia and a west coast warehouse in Reno, NV we are able to serve our distribution partners and customers across the U.S. and Internationally.
We are currently seeking a talented and professional full cycle Human Resource (HR) Manager to join our team and manage all human resource procedures. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes.
To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of the recruiting process, labor regulations and payroll laws.
Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and evaluate human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
- Administer payroll.
- Manage employee benefits.
- Implement effective training and development plans.
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
- Assist in the recruitment of all vacancies, including interviewing, job placement, and conducting orientation.
- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administer, monitor, and maintain safety programs, inspections, and accident records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
- Intermediate or advanced computer skills required, with an emphasis on Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
