The Position:

The HR Manager is a pivotal role, responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and driving strategic HR initiatives to support the growth and success of the organization. This position reports to the Director of HR.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organization's overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning
  • Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, to attract top-tier talent
  • Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires seamlessly into the organization
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
  • Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary processes, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies
  • Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee development and engagement
  • Provide guidance on goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to develop and implement relevant training programs
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development
  • Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices remain compliant
  • Oversee HR audits and implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Manage the design and administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance
  • Collaborate with vendors to optimize benefit offerings
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to drive insights and inform decision-making
  • Implement metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of HR programs


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
  • Proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational success
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing a high-performing HR team
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
