The Junior Data Management Specialist position ensures timely and accurate administration of the hire to retire process and is responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity of HR core data. In this role you are going to be part of an international team and will be the front door to HR queries of our workforce in the United States and Canada. Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate administration of the hire to retire process and manage transactional inputs processed within the HR Systems Prepare HR documents such as work contracts, contract modifications, reference letters, etc.

and ensure that these documents meet local requirements and government legislation Serve as point of contact with HR and HR vendors Understand usage of HR Systems processes, data and downstream implications and make recommendation/implement solutions. Ensure overall HR data quality, integrity and consistency and monitor HR data completeness and integration Run standard, pre-built reports as per agreed schedules and guidelines Serve as an escalation point for the team and interact with various levels within the department for resolution Identify and provide feedback on service continuous improvement initiatives and service enhancements based on KPIs, customer feedback and best practice sharing to foster standardization, automation and simplification Required skills to have for the success of this role Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or related fields or equivalent work experience 1-2 years of HR Data Management experience or related fields Good understanding of HR Administration and HR processes Good verbal and written communication skills and customer-oriented mind-set Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environement Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution Ability to secure and maintain confidential information Continuous improvement mind-set Comfortable with heavy use of technology Fluency in English required and French a plus At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
