Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience to oversee all aspects of our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, benefits administration, job descriptions, hiring, and terminations, in addition to other general HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Create and maintain job descriptions for all positions within the organization.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
- Experience in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Salary:
- Annual salary range of $100,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
