SUMMARY: Collaborates to establish/define/refine service goals consistent with the group. Schedules and ensures appropriate documentation and file maintenance. Organizes and maintains all resident "onboarding files and records". When requested submit reports to all outside agencies as required. Distributes and compiles resident evaluations. Assist in the development of the programs in conjunction with RMC and designated program partnerships. Supports Human Resources processes including leave of absences, terminations, license renewals, communication to providers, completing Employment Development Department Claim forms (SDI/PFL), and maintenance of provider records and programs.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. In-person, non-remote.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year academic and/or Program Coordinator role in a medical environment required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years office administrative experience required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs required.
